LOCAL OFFICE was LATE, MANAGER (Janet) UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. When I called to speak to the manager and let her know that I would not be in need of her services any longer because her employee was late, I was met with an attitude. I was told "There isn't a contract; did you sign something? Did I?" - not exactly the tone to set with a potentially new customer - and mind you, HER EMPLOYEE WAS LATE but SHE HAD MY CC #.

I told her that:

A) the intake specialist had not sent me an email expressing the time, date and amount that I needed to pay to which I was met with "That's the home office, not my office".
