Footings that "should" have been engineer designed
voir la vidéoThese footings were originally designed for a free standing Stratco patio roof. Light weight and not part of the house. The house plans changed and the Stratco was replaced by a 35sqm main roof patio roof that is over 4m tall. The footings did not change!?!?!?! Except that they are too small so the builder poured a little bit of concrete to the side to support the bricks and steel column.... [ go to Youtube.com ]
