I used this design almost 20 years, first to test commercial glazes in a series i called "The Change Vase ", and later for a series titled "From the Shipwreck" (which included other designs as well . All slip-cast. The design was copied from a glass bud vase . Molds are like 3D photos that are manipulated/changed. A Walk, some Flowers, and a Butterfly

To make a lame video cool and to mold the film to the song, I used small 2 second cuts that fade in to black, rather like "blinks". By microediting my original video, I got some cool cuts (some things just look cooler in 2 second fragments). This microediting turned out pretty neat, I hope to try it again. [ go to Youtube.com ]

The maximum feed-rate is 1200 i.p.m. / 30,480 mm per minute. This machine is currently equipped with a normal CAT 50 Taper spindle which limits our RPM to 10,000.
