Carpet Cleaning Lincoln City, Oregon
Today we clean a couple units located within the Sea Gypsea in Lincoln City, Oregon. One of the units has olefin berber carpeting while the other has a cut-piled polyester synthetic of some kind. Although the two units contain different carpeting they can both be cleaned using a CRB (counter rotating brush) machine and a high-end encapsulation solution.

SE Portland Carpet Cleaning
This is an example where the initial cleaning procedure is changed due to additional information from the homeowner regarding laundry detergent spilled on the carpeting.
At first examination I decided to run a CRB with a boosted encapsulation solution capable of eliminating the visible contaminants in the carpeting. However due to further information the cleaning procedure was switched to using the same pre-spray solution but with the use of a Rotovac Power Wand.

Vancouver Steam Cleaning
Steam Cleaning two small rooms in Vancouver WA. The carpeting had not been cleaned over 10 years. Other than expected wear the carpeting actually looked really good by the time we completed. Although it was steam cleaning with the use of a traditional wand, the carpeting was thoroughly rinsed with hot water.
Pre-Spray solution used was Blast by VacAway products. The encapsulation solution was boosted using Grease-Hawg, another VacAway product.
