Hoover Windtunnel self propelled upright vacuum cleaner

Cleaning the living room with the Electrolux Z1430

One of a select few cleaners to make it into my collection, this British machine was made in the 1990's, features an 800 watt motor with Extra Suction Power. It folds flat to easily reach under furniture. FUN FACT: Shortly after it acquired The Eureka Company here in the US, AB Electrolux of Sweden exported this machine as the Eureka Contour: it was offered as a "vac-shop only" product. Someone commented they sound like they're screaming - the 700 has a naturally higher-pitched motor, and the camera mic tends for focus on and exaggerate high sounds - it's how the mic distiguishes between 'relevant' and 'ambient' sounds. There is one slight inaccuracy; the term 'Hedlite' refers to the lamp on the US 750, 900, and optionally on the 425.
